‚Ä¢¬† Final payment is due no less than 10 weeks prior to arrival

‚Ä¢¬† Bookings taken less than 10 weeks prior to arrival will require the full balance to be paid at the time of booking.

‚Ä¢¬† A security deposit of $250 or Credit Card details is held in the event of any damages caused & will be returned after a satisfactory inspection has been carried out by the management company.

‚Ä¢¬† If the full balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. No deposit will be refunded in this event.

‚Ä¢¬† Upon receipt of your booking form and payment I (The Owner) will acknowledge receipt.
